Agreement

I own or have licensed every sound in these files (vocals, samples, loops, interpolations, AI audio). Mix/master is a paid service only. I keep my publishing and my masters. iAi assigns any rights in the mix/master work product to me when paid in full. This is not a label deal. I have read the Copyright form.
I agree to the Mutual NDA: iAi will not share my unreleased music or train a public AI model on it; I will not publish studio internals. Working copies deleted after 90 days.
I have read File Prep and Studio Terms. Two revision rounds included. Extra revision $40. 50% deposit starts the job.
After commercial release, iAi may credit the work and use a short clip in the studio portfolio. Leave unchecked to embargo portfolio use.
