Mutual NDA

This NDA protects unreleased songs. It does not transfer copyright and it is not a recording or publishing deal with iAi Records.

1. Purpose

The parties exchange information so iAi Records / Italo Savaglio (“Studio”) can mix and/or master the client’s recordings. Confidentiality runs both ways.

2. What stays confidential

Unreleased audio, stems, sessions, rough mixes, lyrics, working titles, unpublished artist identity
References used only for the session, ISRCs, release dates, file-transfer links
Invoices and unpublished rates
Non-public studio methods: PhantomFocus setup, signal chain, templates, iAiFiELd process notes

3. What each side will not do

Studio will not post, stream, leak, or play unreleased client audio in public or as a social snippet. Studio will not use client audio to train a public AI model. Client will not publish other clients’ names, unpublished session photos, or Studio’s unpublished internals.

4. Who can be told

Managers, lawyers, existing labels, distributors, and contractors who need the files for the job and are bound to the same duty. Or as required by law.

5. Term

For each title: until that title is commercially released, or 3 years from the last file received, whichever is later. Studio methods stay confidential for 3 years.

6. Files

Private transfer link only. Working copies deleted after 90 days unless the client requests a paid archive.

7. No license

This NDA grants no copyright, publishing, or master rights. Booking a mix does not sign the artist to iAi Records.
